What is the timing for a ceremony rehearsal?

A ceremony rehearsal can be hosted the day prior to your wedding. If another event is that day, the rehearsal can be held before or on another day of choice. A one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included with all packages. We would love to host a rehearsal dinner for an additional fee.

Can we bring our own vendors?

All vendors are welcome so long as they are insured and meet all necessary licenses. We recommend checking out our preferred vendors list; they know our venue well and we have already negotiated a discount on your behalf!

What is the payment schedule?

A retainer of $1,000 is due at contract signing. 50% of the total is due halfway between booking and event date. 100% of the total is due 1 month prior to event. All payments are non-refundable. If any damages have occurred, you will be notified, and we will bill you for any necessary repairs.

Do you allow decorations?

Yes! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, trees, and lighting. We do not allow open flame or anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No! We are in this business to serve you at the highest level and not to nickel and dime you with hidden fees. What you see is what you get!

What is your max capacity?

Our max capacity of 150 for seated guests and 225 for Gala Style!
